The week of 15th September we celebrated Bromstone’s 50th Anniversary with a wonderful range of events.
On Tuesday, a drone captured a special aerial photo of all the children together on the field. Wednesday saw everyone enjoy a retro 70s lunch, followed by families joining in with a fun OPAL Stay & Play.

The week ended in style with Friday’s 70s-themed music festival. Children and staff dressed up in costumes or gold, enjoyed picnic lunches on the field, and were treated to a fantastic live set from local band Vertigo Park. Throughout the week, children also took part in a Bake Off, wrote celebratory poems, hunted for hidden Bromstone Bears, and explored the number 50 in fun maths activities.

It was a truly memorable week, and a brilliant start to our anniversary celebrations!
