Bromstone Primary School

Dream Believe Achieve

Netball Club

Miss Hilditch and Mrs Langley run a fun, energetic and competitive Netball club every Tuesday after school from 3:10 - 4pm.

We would like to encourage as many of our pupils as possible to come along and join in with the club.

Being a regular attender, would boost the chances of representing Bromstone in tournaments against other local primary schools.

This would also mean there are trophies and medals to be won!

We recently (November 2021) took part in a competitive tournament which was held at St George’s C of E Primary School. We were really proud of how well the children worked together, showing excellent resilience throughout.

At Bromstone, we like to give our children the chance to voice their opinions. This is a very useful tool when running sports clubs, because it offers us as staff, an opportunity to either improve on or adapt the lesson according to the pupil feedback. The statement below was written by a group of our children that attend this club.

"I enjoy netball club because netball it is a really fun sport that anyone can play. It is an open club for years 5 and 6. It's really good because it gives you exercise and you can earn medals. You also learn new things every week. You can invite along your friends and play against each other. It's really fun when your playing the game and score the winning goal."
