Gymnastics is delivered by the Sports Coaches in the school. The children study gymnastics in all year groups. The curriculum allows for gymnastics to be delivered twice a year in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 so the children make year on year good progress in this area. We have a gifted and talented gymnastics club that is delivered by a gymnastic coach from Thanet Gymnastics Club. 

In term 3 Year 2 took part in a gymnastics festival. The team were specially selected from gymnastics club after weeks of practising their routine. When at the festival they took part in lots of activities, such as high beam walking, bar work, backwards rolls and jumps. Additionally, they performed their dazzling group routine to the other schools. At the end they were presented with a well-deserved medal.
