This term we have been looking at rights and what they are.
Some of our highlights this term have been:
-Black History Week:
We have shared the stories Welcome and Sulwe. We all discussed how we could be welcoming to everyone and how we can celebrate others.
-We have thoroughly enjoyed discussions about what we feel is right and wrong. During this time we had a visit from Burglar Bill! We had to try and catch him.
We have also been learning all about our personal, social and emotional development. We have been working hard on how to be a good friend and how to help others.
As well as this, we have celebrated some special times in school such as Halloween, Bonfire night, Hanukkah, Christmas and more!
The children loved exploring different activities, resources and discussing how different families celebrate special times.
Well done to all the children in their festive celebrations including the Nativity song performance and their first ever disco. You were all amazing!
